The Perfect Web Design
So what is web design? It's the ability to show the consumer relevent information in hyper text mark up language, and relay it through the world wide web.
Before designing a web, it is important to think about what one wants to do with it. When thinking about the web site you need to think about the purpose the site will fill and how it will do so. Different developers have different uses for their websites. Some of the uses include providing a platform where buyers and sellers interact via the web for purposes of business, while others are developed for purely information purposes including news updates, all-day broadcast of news, and learning materials for students of different grades. Another Major and if not one of the largest uses for a website is the ability to communicate. Weather it is formal or informal sharing of information. The design should be user friendly.
The Next most important factor of creating a website is that you have the ability to target the exact person you want. This is normally deturmined in the early stages of web design. Different people will visit specific websites depending on what they want from them. For example, a student will be interested in a website that is designed to provide learning and reference materials for them. And this is the same for a media journalist that will log on and check there favorite gossiping sites, to find out the more uptodate information.
When designing a website you really must have the main idea how you will be getting your information to the public or customer. If your building a website that needs to be targeted around say mothers that are looking to work from home then, you would need to make sure the content and information is relvent to the mothers out there that don't have full time employment. For instance, a website designed to sell or buy property will consist of all the aspects of the particular property as would be found in a conventional catalogue, only that it is presented in electronic form specifically meant to take advantage of the capabilities of the internet.
Web design incorporates the "speeds" at which the information may be accessed. This is in recognition that different users of the websites access it at different speeds. This speed determines how "fast or slow" the material may be made available to the visitor. This all depends on the information and material in which your website has been made, weather it has images, video, text and flash and depending on how much of each of these you have. It's so important that you make sure that the material loads quickly. Most people either acces website from home or from a moblie and both of these are normally a lowist connection speed, and it's because of this reason your designer needs to be light, so the user doens't have trouble loading the content.
Successful websites are design in a manner that allow for user safisfaction. A simple navigation and quick loading pages will get your site a high user staisfation. Typed texts need to be consistent with size and colors. Depending on your market you might need long or short paragraph. Having a contact page for users to contact you about any concern is a must when designing a
website.
